DIY Branding Course: Nile Brand Academy
Hello! This is my first post on Indie Hackers.
I'm a brand designer and I create identities, visual designs for new business owners. I've been running my own business for the last 3 years, but now I felt like it is time to create a DIY Branding Course for Solopreneurs and Freelancers.
My conversations with a solopreneur %99 starts like this:
- "Hello, can you help me create my brand? I'm an expert in my field, but I can't communicate with my target audience. I simply just don't know what to say, how to act, what to post! I don't even have a logo!"
I understand their anxiety.
I've worked for many medium-large business owners until now. However, hiring a professional brand strategist or working with an advertising agency is expensive for solopreneurs and freelancers.
With this small solution that I'm planning to make a reality, people will be able to understand themselves better, and write their own brand identity/strategy documents. When they make the step to design a post, they will know their scope and what to say, how to say.
I'm now developing the whole course in Notion. The course will include;
- Video lessons (I will be talking)
- Class notes (One page each)
- Worksheets
- Some fun Quizes
- Resources
The only problem I'm facing is, English is not my mother language and I don't feel comfortable without a prompter :D
