DJI Mavic 4 Pro - DJI RC2

DJI Mavic 4 Pro: Triple-camera flagship with a 360° “Infinity Gimbal”

The DJI Mavic 4 Pro pushes consumer aerial imaging into pro territory with a 100-megapixel 4/3-type Hasselblad camera, two large-sensor tele modules, and a gimbal that can rotate a full 360° for dynamic, gravity-defying moves. Add low-light omnidirectional obstacle sensing and up to 51 minutes of flight time, and you’ve got a compact platform that’s comfortable on commercial sets as well as enthusiast shoots. For a complete spec rundown and local availability, see the DJI Mavic 4 Pro product page.

Imaging: 100 MP main + dual tele

At the heart is a 100 MP 4/3 CMOS Hasselblad wide camera capable of 6K/60 HDR video and high-resolution stills. It’s flanked by a 70 mm (48 MP, 1/1.3") medium tele and a 168 mm (50 MP, 1/1.5") tele. All three cameras support 10-bit profiles (D-Log, D-Log M, HLG) for consistent color pipelines. For slow motion, the main and medium-tele modules record up to 4K/120, while the long tele reaches 4K/100.

Gimbal & flight awareness

The new Infinity Gimbal enables 360° rotation and up to 70° upward tilt for shots that were previously only possible with heavy rigs. A refined sensing suite expands omnidirectional obstacle detection in low light (down to ~0.1 lux), improving avoidance and return-to-home behavior when daylight fades.

Range, runtime, and control

With its efficient propulsion and 95 Wh battery, the aircraft is rated for up to 51 minutes of flight and a 41 km maximum flight distance (test conditions). O4+ transmission delivers robust, 10-bit HDR live video and a theoretical control range of up to 30 km (varies by region and environment). The optional RC Pro 2 controller adds a 7-inch mini-LED display and a rotatable screen that syncs with vertical shooting.

Workflow touches creators will notice

  • Internal storage: 64 GB standard; the Creator Combo integrates 512 GB high-speed storage and unlocks H.264 All-Intra 4:2:2 recording for heavier-duty edits.

  • High-speed offload: QuickTransfer via Wi-Fi 6 and direct USB-C copy without powering on the aircraft.

  • Everyday practicality: Folded size fits in a small shoulder bag; takeoff weight about 1,063 g.
