Has anyone found any new layouts that are effective too? Any examples you can share?

To a point, I'd say they do, in the same way that all cars have four wheels (and when there's an exception, see how long the automaker stays in business), but:

    • the eight landing pages you've included are quite different from one another, and although they share commonalities, they still achieve a very different feel. Compare a BMW 5 Series and a Toyota Corolla. Both have a significant number of similarities, probably more than they have differences, but the details set them apart.
    • Here's a good landing page: https://remix.run/. To be fair, the above the fold is exactly as you describe, and a lot of elements you mention are there, but wouldn't you agree it's quite unique? To a degree of course - it's still a landing page.
