Do any Marketers/Salespeople/Designers want to team up? I'm an Engineer building a personalized recruiting platform for small companies.

Hey there,

I have this burning idea to make finding a job at a small/early company more compelling. The problem? Typical job postings contain just a 1-2 sentence blurb about the company and a picture of their logo. For an unknown company, this isn't enough to compel desirable talent to submit an application because they know nothing else about the company.

But, if the applicant was able to hear a pitch directly from the founders, they'd have much more insight into what it'd be like working with the founders, and thus more likely to submit a resume.

We can solve this by creating a recruiting platform for small companies to upload video pitches about their company, and allowing applicants to send messages directly to the founder if they are interested.

To build the platform, I can handle the eng work, but would love to team up (50:50 ownership) with somebody who can lead the Sales/Marketing or Design side -- this will be crucial to get companies to post on the platform!
