Do anybody use twitter influencers to launch your product?

we are planning to launch a social proof app by august this year. Me and my partner is not well in managing social communities or having much community exposure. both are introvert s and focus on building product. We like to know about experience in launching product and get exposure with any sort of influencers in twitter can be another maker of marketer. Anybody has some previous experience in this?
Yes, I start with built twitter community (running marathon) https://twtitter.com/twt_jogging & turn to monetize from it using Telegram Payment gateway.
Now we have strong bonding with our followers. My advice here, want a community? Build meaningful relationships and give everything you know for free.
The when the right time, start monetize/ selling.
Yes i heard this from many big account handles. Will definitely start doing this but i'm bit slow as i don't want to rush for followers.
