Do bug reports cause you to suffer app imposter syndrome?

A month and a half ago, I joined Pompom (A startup making a transcription-powered podcasting app for apple devices) to help with their marketing.

Within the first week, I discovered a bug in the app — if you clicked on the wrong part of the UI, it made the interface go out of alignment, clicking another spot returned it to normal. As soon as I discovered it, I subconsciously pulled back from promoting Pompom and instead worked on tasks to lay the groundwork for future marketing efforts.

It's almost like I had imposter syndrome about the app despite the fact that this bug was rare and not one that stopped you from using the app.

I wondered if anyone else could relate to this experience.
