It seems to me that, recently, there has been a flood of top 10 founder mistake lists on Linked. Most of these are created by VCs or Angel Investors, and they always hit me as both smug, pretentious and unhelpful. It has become the main post I see across my timeline, and it always to surprisingly high interaction numbers. I don't think this is the way to attract an audience of entrepreneurs or create a fruitful discussion.
However, being an Investor myself, I am not the direct target audience.
So I ask you. Are these top ten founder mistake lists and similar posts by VC, ex-founders, and mentors interesting, informative, or welcome to you?
The reason I ask? Quite simply, I am not a naturally talented content creator and want to improve my output and audience in the new year. For me, the best way of going about this is to ask my target audience (you) what content would be welcome and informative.
I specialise in building bridges across the UK and helping Immigrant founders here tap into an amazing network and get investments. Any content recommendations are very welcome as well.
