Do I need to hire a lawyer just to read through the Stripe Atlas documents or should I just sign?
I just applied for an LLC through Stripe Atlas, and got the legal documents. The email mentions that I should get it looked over by lawyers or tax advisors, is this really necessary? Has anyone else used Stripe Atlas to incorporate?
Should also check out https://gust.com/startups I have found them a lil more helpful when doing more than one person as the founding team.
You should always read the through legal documents and tax documents. Or get someone you trust to read through it.
