Do people want to work at companies like Gumroad?
Hey IndieHackers👋,
recently, there was a lot of buzz about Gumroad's way of working.
That's why I launched Creator Jobs which has a goal to collect different companies that support Gumroad's model and to notify interested people that these jobs are becoming available.
However, I'm trying to validate is there any interest and should I proceed with the research. On the site, I listed a milestone of 200 people before deciding that this is not worth pursuing. Am I being reasonable?
I'd be interested — just a bit skeptical because I feel like people usually get into positions at companies like these because they know someone there – not because of a job ad.
