I have tried 2 Password managers viz... Google password manager and Last Pass (paid version) for managing my passwords. Surprisingly both are not solving my problem completely and I still need to go through the trouble of resetting my passwords. I usually face the following issues.
Google password manager won't work on banking sites so I can not generate a strong password
If I generate a strong password and save it with a google password, It won't autofill if Javascript is disabled. Usually, the Javascript is disabled for security purposes.
With LastPass Paid- Things are cool till you change a device or you need to log in from a different device.
Resetting the master password is a herculean task
Do you think there is a place for a different type of Password manager? Something which can use Biometrics and do the 2Factor authentication under the hood. I think it is much better to use biometric as a password. It will take Passwords out of the equation and improve security as well What do you think?
