Yes, I do.

Mental models are the way we, as humans see the world and interact with it.

Saying they work better than tactics or not is, IMO, shows a lack of understanding about mental models.

Let me put that into perspective. What you choose to right in a blog post or sales page could be informed by mental models.

Using ads to drive traffic to that is a marketing tactic. Building links to that page to boost its ranking, is again, a marketing tactic.

But keep in mind, when creating the ad, you can use mental models to make it more effective. When pitching ppl to add links, you can use mental models to make the email more appealing.
