I use these two communities in very different ways. I find the tutorials and community of people on Dev.to to be quite valuable. Codementor is more of a service I use, really. I pay for high-quality, expert advice and mentorship there. It's great when I need answers now, I need them to be specific, and I maybe even want a few minutes of pair programming.
