Do you care about your Social Media Statistics?

I'm wondering how many of you are actively tracking your Social Media Statistics?

I think you can't control what you don't measure, but do you just look at the core metrics, do you dive deep into some advanced metrics or do you not care at all?

I find it sometimes very hard to do this on a regular basis.

And if you care, what tools are you using for this and why?
