I started working from home in 2017, and that's when I also started my journey through productivity. I read books and blogs, I tried tools, I talked to experts, all in this constant pursuit for productivity.
What ended up working for me was the realization that energy is a finite resource. Every minute spent on a dull task was a minute I could've better spent on something where my input mattered more - so I started delegating. I got a virtual assistant and saw my actual productivity improve.
Over the past couple of years I've worked on a few side gigs revolving around project management, especially for marketing agencies, but lately a few projects kind of landed in my lap - working with a few friends to help them hire VAs and follow my own journey. That actually led me to build Task Engine: https://taskengine.xyz.
It's a managed VA service. Or something. Managing teams to accomplish tasks is my strength, branding is clearly not.
So this is why I'm posting here now: do you delegate tasks to a VA? If you're considering it, I'd love to help you build the job description, and in return get some data about how I can position this service.
