Do you find it challenging to talk to your users?

One of the problems I'm facing with my side project right now is I don’t have any way to talk to them. Like getting feedback on using the product, asking them questions about what they want from it, and sharing some tips on how to use some features.

Does anyone have the same problem? If yes, how did you solve it?

That's why it's crucial to manually onboard your first 100 users. This way you don't end up building into vacuum and guessing what they want. I've been there: users ignore emails, then log in rarely, then leave, then you shut down your startup. Consider making first 20 sales in 1-1 calls. Can help you with these, let's connect on Twitter.

My problem is a little different. I'm struggling with facing (video) or calling my users (audio). I'm not that of an introvert but I hate sales and marketing. I always catch myself dreading the visual or audio touch. I still try hard and do my hardest with written mediums (e.g., email) but saying just fcuk it and pick up the damn phone is an area of improvement for me.
