Do you find it difficult to track your business performance?

Hi everyone,

I would really be happy to hear your opinion (especially if you already have a business) on whether you:

1. Find it difficult and distracting to keep eye on business performance each hour/day?
2. Have had problems that impacted your revenue because of no.1?
3. Find metrics forecasting economically beneficial for your business?

The reason I am asking it is that I have recently finished a Project - AI-based real-time monitoring, and forecasting tool.

It helps to never miss an issue that impacts revenue or customer experience. And makes the team aware of metrics spikes/downfalls in the near future.

P.S. If someone will be suddenly interested to test it - I am more than happy to make a pilot for Indie Hackers!:)
