Do you gather feedback from your readers? How?

Hey, it seems to me that newsletters lend themselves perfectly to gathering great feedback from your readers — they're right there reading your newsletter, and can easily reply or interact with some sort of embedded poll.

I'm interested to learn from you all how you gather feedback from your readers.
Do you ask them for feedback at the end? Do you run some sort of poll or quiz?

I'm sure there are tons of different ways to go about this, and I'm really interested to hear them.

    I see a lot of comments, emoji reactions, claps, upvotes, viewcounters, etc. Sometimes articles have none of that and link to a hackernews discussion.

    I’d say it depends on your audience. If it’s an email newsletter and you want feedback, you should call for feedback and encourage readers to reply to you (and say that you will always reply back to them!)
