Do you give enough compliments/thanks?

I don't.

Or, at least, I didn't until recently - when I set myself a daily reminder to give one extra compliment or 'thanks' on purpose.

Seeing the effect it has had on me and my friends/relationship/colleagues has been pretty amazing (and addictive). This is something a lot of people could benefit from as well.

So I'm building a quick side project over the weekend to inspire and prompt other people who, like me, think the world could do with a few more compliments and a bit more gratitude.

Will post a finished link tomorrow, but here's a sneak peek at a first draft...

Not just an idea but the draft also looks very nice!

What a wonderful idea. (See what I did there?) :D

Maybe we should introduce Thankful Thursday into the IH mix? :)

Can't believe you are stealing my idea - I knew I shouldn't have shared it!

          (yeah, sounds great 😉)

Actually you and Courtland were my original inspiration, along with @harlem and the kudos they (we?) give in the daily standups.

With due credits of course :)

I definitely don't need credits for it!

But this could be a weekly (or monthly) thing. I'm sure it'd be good for the IH community as well. It always feels really nice to be tagged in a comment here by someone saying thanks :)

Would it be possible for Grateful Place to somehow sponsor this?

Just signed up, thank you :)

I shared it in a 'positivity' channel on a Slack I'm on :)

      Thanks!

Don't have a strategy to make it profitable. This is just a bit of fun.

To help cover costs I'll ask people who sign up to either pay a small amount or share on Twitter.
