Do you have a disclosure policy around your startup for jobs you apply to?

Hey hackers,

I'm at the point of launching my startup and I'm considering applying to positions in unrelated industries while my startup takes off.

I'm curious to know what other founders think of disclosing your startup's information to potential employers. I imagine some of them would be understandably concerned about hiring someone with a potentially competing businesses and would want to know about it.
