I am researching this industry and curious about a few things:

1. What is more common: to be an affiliate or make deals with individual fleets directly?
2. What are top customer acquisition channels?
3. What is a typical commission from a booking?
4. What is a typical cost structure?

I've booked a few charters myself, so I know what the typical customer experience is, would like to gain some inside knowledge on the industry.
