Do you have a Stripe Atlas C Corporation? Why?

Hi,
I'm wondering about opening a C Corporation via Stripe Atlas. I mainly want to do it to limit my liability when engaging in consultancy and contractor agreements.

Has anybody here done that?
What are the big advantages?
What are the disadvantages?

How do you ensure you limit the liability during contractor agreements?
