Do you have any of these problems?

I've compiled a list of some ideas based on various problems I've noticed in my own life. They're not fully formed into products as I've instead chosen to focus on the problem first.

If any of these are also a problem for you too and would benefit from a product that solved it it then I would like to know about it. If you don't have time to give detailed feedback you could just vote in the poll.

Feel free to give very direct and critical feedback, I will appreciate it. If there's alterations to the solutions that would be potentially more beneficial to you...I'm all ears.

    Hi Feargal,

The C2C marketplace is a great idea, but I think it could be better if instead of building a whole marketplace, you would just create a payment solution.

It's hard to get started when building a marketplace, since you have to get both buyers and sellers at the same time in the same pace. I did this and it's a hard thing to succeed with.

A payment plugin for WooCommerce and other online stores would be much easier to build and sell, since your customers are already established stores, who would install it on their site for free.

You can add a small fee to every transaction happening through your plugin and still make a huge profit doing so.

I hope my idea was helpful! Good luck!

What do you mean "wirecutter on AI"? Have not heard of that before.

I'm also working on an AI tool though: Evoke. AI backend seems to be a large problem.

    Hey Feargal,

If I may give you some advice - stop looking for problems to solve.

I know it runs contrary to standard startup advice, but the issue is when you look for problems to solve you end up creating a product that solves a problem that nobody is willing to pay to solve.

It's why so many founders end up spending months or years trying to flog a product that nobody wants to buy and they mistakenly think the problem is that they don't have enough features.

There's a much simplier and much more effective way:

    1. Find a product that already has paying customers (other businesses are selling it)
    2. Create your version
    3. Find some way to differentiate it - you can do this in tons of different ways but my favorite way is what I talk about in detail on my website (www.thebluntmethod.com): selling a BLUNT belief.

    Hope that helps

    Best

    Chris
