Do you have experience on building Email verification tools?

Dears,
I'm currently a Growth Engineer at a tech-startup and I want to start building a new project and from what I see, many people are suffering from lack of emails or too many bounces with a bad email list.
That's why I'm looking forward to build an email finder & verification system such as Zerobounce, Neverbounce and so on.

Do you have any ideas on this part? Have u ever do it before? Which cloud platforms do you recommend ?
