It's calculated once you provide you an address.

If you focus on B2B most don't, for B2C it's standard in Europe and i never like when i find out the price it's different than what i initially saw.

No, I wanted to have a simple looking price for Thankbox, so it's always 4.99. If I get a sale in the EU I just make it so the price includes the VAT when I do my books.
