Do you intentionally try to improve your writing skills?

Any courses, habits, strategies?
I practice time-boxed writing sessions. One idea, one hour, 500 words in average. Finishing the session by reading the content out loud. The day after, I re-read and improve in 20 min. I also use grammarly and hemmingway editor to simplify the sentences, removing extra adverbs, shortening sentences.
I just started using this notion template to start a 10 days writing challenge.
I learned from atomic habits, that starting small and building the habit of something is more important at the beginning, so I opted for something I can do fast, easy, by myself and with no invest.
As I work with notion for all my notes this suited me perfectly!
We sometimes write that may be a fantastic thing, and just like we speak. It keeps our composing conversational (more about this in a minute.)
