Do you keep having (more or less) the same conversations? How?

I'm trying to address a problem of repetitive questions and whole conversations. Problem seems to exist since FAQs are a thing, customer service is a whole industry and on twitter people constantly tell each other to google something for once instead of repeating the same talking point.

Do you have similar experience? Professionally, but (maybe even more) privately or as a member of some group/organization/community.

How are you dealing with it right now? Does this solution actually work for you? Why did you pick it over alternatives?

I'd love to ask further questions if you let me :> and I have some (even partially working) ideas how to improve it over solutions I've seen so far, but foremost I'm trying to understand how other people experience this (or not).
