I love IndieHackers. Curious to know if there are other similar communities/websites I might have missed.
I have heard of failory.com, starterstory.com, r/startups and r/entrepreneur. Do you know any others ?
EDIT: Thx for all the great responses ! ^^

Also, Software Engineering Daily is one of my favourite podcasts, not as business orientated, but it's great to see how new products/services/compnies/tech works and for ideas.

Hmm I don't know if this fits, but at Turtle https://turtle.community we try to focus on the tools aspects for developers and startups. If you are interested we are happy for everybody who joins our community :)
Best wishes
That's a cool site. Thanks for sharing.

https://founderreports.com/ is another great option.
ha, I do find it a funny thing to ask on here! It's a bit like walking into an Italian restaurant and asking if there are any other good Italian restaurants in the area 😂
I interview devs without Computer Science degrees on No CS Degree which is inspired by Indie Hackers and Starter Story. But I talk to people about learning to code, not about entrepreneurship.
I was aware of that dynamic when I posted but you have to admit that it is most effective and most convenient to post it here ^^ So I did :O Besides, I don't think IndieHackers fears any competition considering its quality.
haha, fair enough
a bit similar are nomadlist.com, wip.chat - both paid as fair as I remember
yep WIP is $20/m and totally worth it!
Hey, hope this doesn’t come across wrong but I’m curious what makes WIP worth $20/mo for you?
You are in a network with extremely successful people like Pat Walls, Marc Kohlbrugge, Pieter Levels amongst other.
I can attribute over $1,000 in revenue directly from people in WIP that sponsor my newsletters, not to mention the friendships I've made. I've also sourced a tonne of interviewees for No CS Degree
Very interesting! If those people were active in other maker communities like IH, would you pay $5/10/20 per month for IH? If not, what makes WIP a more valuable place to connect? Thanks for the insight!
yes, i'd have paid for IH
