Do you need help building your SaaS for free (almost)?

For the last year or so I have been following the no-code movement and surely there are apps that can be built using the no-code tools. But, I have noticed that most of the apps that I can think of either no-code tools don't work for those type of apps or the tools are too costly.

Are you a newbie to programming and need help with building your SaaS with code then put your idea here and I will you with your software stack and resources that you need to build your app for dirt-cheap. Reply here with type of app, a general description of the app and your preferred programming environment (Ruby, Python) or leave it blank if not sure.

Note that building on cheap means you would have to invest sometime learning and building your SaaS. Generally a small MVP can be done within matter of weeks even if you are new to programming.
