I run Tech Jobs for Good, a job board for people in tech to find work at companies addressing meaningful social and environmental issues. I'd be happy to talk with you about my experience running the job board.
I am from Poland. I wanted to make my own job board - https://skillsale.herokuapp.com/ - but polish market is extremely over-saturated at this point. I think I could write down around 10-15 IT dedicated job boards which I know in Poland.
That being said, I was recently looking for a job in France (my girlfriend is french) and it seemed to me that the situation there is much worse - I asked people for some high quality job boards there and it seems that most people just use indeed and linkedin, which actually make job search very difficult and unpleasant.
Recently I also checked out Switzerland and the situation seems similar (although I found 1 job board which was OK-ish).
This makes me think, that there might exist places, where IT job board market is still not over saturated and people need these solutions. Maybe we could collaborate internationally to discover these opportunities?
I know very well business models of polish job boards, which are doing extremely well - I could help to copy these business models to different countries. I can also help with coding - I am doing front-end professionally for 3+ years now.
