Do you put your competitors company names in your websites meta keywords?

Nah, I think it doesn't makes any sense to put up competitors name on the website.
Do you mind elaborating as to why?
Its no longer relevant in 2022..:) It's an old method that worked but now it does not matter. Keep it just for some tracking purpose

I think it's a niche strategy that can slightly help but really you're still pushing against the tide pretty hard.
Ultimately it's just whether a competitor ghosting ad group or campaign will work anyway. If it is, then a custom landing page to support that and improve quality scores where you have keywords around your competitors can be great.
