Do you run a DTC-brand?

Hey fellow builders!

I'm working on a platform to help great DTC-brands (yours?) to increase sales.

I'd love to hear your opinion on the company that I and two friends are building. The Naval-esque explanation is that it is an e-commerce platform with a decentralized supply side and a decentralized demand side.

1. DTC brands connect their stores, set their preferences, and are able to communicate directly with merchants. When a transaction is made, they ship the products as if it was a regular order.

2. Influencers act as merchants. They set up their own shop in Courate where they curate their favorite products from the brands signed, and add their own flair and content to the products.

Think of it as a combination between Faire, Shopify, and Cameo.

We have generated our first revenue and have received great response from influencers and brands.

The tagline we use to explain it the easiest is:

Courate enables brands to sell through shops curated by the people you trust, to help you find your new favorites.
