Do you run a productized service?
by
Rosie Sherry
I'm super curious to see how indie hackers are creating making productized services work for them.
Do you run a productized service?
What is it and how is it going?
We run a bookkeeping, taxes and CFO services productized service. It's going well, definitely has its challenges. Most people don't think about accounting & finance as a problem, so we're trying to create more free resources to educate and help founders.
I'm stuck currently.
I'm doing a couple of creative digital work and also some maintenance
How can i have more people to grow in remote team?
I along with @aminmemon run Draftss.com - Productized graphic design & frontend code service. The inception of Draftss took place back in mid-2018 on IH after gaining inspiration from Manypixels.
In the past few months, we have successfully been able to automate our services completely where we as founders do not have to focus on day-to-day activities for Draftss.
Last month we have crossed $10k MRR and are growing even during the pandemic period.
I'm not yet!
I run a blog and it's only costing money, but so rewarding by helping people.
I am thinking about offering mentorships at some stage just because I don't have unlimited "Free" time and it seems like a win-win kind of product service.
