Do you set weekly objectives for your projects?
I usually set one or two big objectives to implement on my side projects, and I think it will be fantastic if we all share them here. This way we can see if we can close them by the end of the week or no.
For example, this week I want to upgrade the Raycast extension of Monse to add new options to categorize and add notes to transactions.
What do you want to do this week?
Our team (growth & eng together) has been setting a goal/objective for each sprint which many times is driven from something we want to learn. For example, this week we are adding analytics around our user journey to pinpoint potential areas of friction to eliminate.
What analytics tool are you using?
We've been using Fathom Analytics (https://usefathom.com/) for about 6 months and have been liking it.
Yeah on Monday we plan and chat what we want to achieve this week. For us this week we want to talk with more users using Google Analytics to learn more about their habits, so we can make the product better, and X numbers of customers to pay after using the trial!
How do you find and reach this users?
Paid ads. Also cold emails. Both are hard!
