I have read and implemented hundreds of blog articles in the past 2 years to grow my software reach. But nothing matched the quality advice I got on QnA forums. So I started collecting every piece of advice I've got on ProductHunt, Growthhackers, Indiehackers, Reddit, etc. in google sheet to refer them later on.

Once I shared this sheet with one of my friends who was working on a product similar to Subman. He got amazed that why I have kept it with me. I should sell it. That was again just a suggestion but I was not sure whether it has any market. Only belief I had for sure, that everybody must need this to save time
I was following insights of swipe files and swipe pages as these products were in a similar niche. That helped me validating the market. But I was not happy presenting just a sheet and asking for money for the same. I wanted it to be a portal where I could add more features.
So, I took some time for development and created IndieHacks launched it on Black Friday to my partial email list and asked for genuine feedback and in return, I gave them portal access free for 7 days (usually 60$ invite only)
422 out of 877 people signed up for free access and around 172 of them gave me feedback lasts with 37 sales.
Then I planned the whole process and completed 70 sales by December End. (Most within my email list)
With the new year launch sale, I just completed the first 10 from 15 available invites.
Right now there are only 2 invites left for the new year launch after that I am closing it down for process and improvement.
