Do you support webhooks?

Is anyone building a project that will end up creating webhook events for your customers? How are you planning on implementing this feature? Do you care about retrying the events later if the customer server is temporarily down at the moment of the event? At the end of the day, is implementing webhooks really necessary for your product?
