Do you talk to customers about your product?
I’m creating tools for product managers and early stage founders to help ease the process of talking to their customers.
My cofounder and I are looking to speak with 10-15 indie hackers about how you speak to customers and organize the information you get from customer interviews. As a thank you, we will offer my product to you for free (if it is useful to you), or Venmo you $20 for your time.

I take notes in a simple note taking app. Record audio if possible. Review notes and copy/paste statements into appropriate places.
p.s. I was a huge fan of productboard’s customer insight’s linking feature. I would put key insights into there.
