Do you think i should change something on my landing page?

    Hey @guybedo,

A few things that I would change:

    1. The hero content rotates way too quickly. I wasn't finished reading the first paragraph when it changed to the next. That is jarring.

    2. The "Go to the Dashboard" and "Register a free account" calls to action compete with each other. If your #1 goal is to get people to register for an account, make that call the biggest. The dashboard view is only there to convince the visitor at the point where you feel they need the most encouragement, probably further down in the page after they've read through your copy.

    3. The page is all about the features and only has one small line about the "why" ("so you won't miss anything"). This line is tucked at the end of that last sentence under "Top Stories". You should really push why your app exists. I would open with a headline along those lines, e.g. "Never miss the news that's important to you" or "Stop missing out on what's important to you". Remember that features don't hit an emotional chord with users, benefits do.

    4. The name of your product looks like the most important thing in your hero section. This is prime real estate where you should extoll the benefits of your product/service.

Overall, I think you really need the reason why. The copy talks about not missing important things but it also talks about not having anything to read and then talks about organizing your feeds. It makes it hard to pinpoint what the product is.

All that being said, congrats on building and launching something. Good luck!

Hey, thanks for the review, you're making good points and this makes a lot of sense, going to work on landing page v0.2 right away!

      Thanks!
