Do you think we are crazy?

Guys, can I ask you a question?

Do you own a website? If so, can you tell who is on your website now?

Don’t look up Google analytics. You check only because I ask you to.

Do you have a general awareness of who is on your website when they are on your website?

It's funny how hard that is. If you had a shop you will know if someone walked into it. You would make them feel welcome by going up and saying hi. You would have conversations.

We made a tool that can do just that. It shows you the "Walk-ins" as it were and allows you to say Hi and chat with visitors as they come in.

Yeah, its like Drift or Intercom, but somehow, for some reason, they don’t allow you to do this right off the bat. We want to make the experience of handling visitors more human for both the parties.

So we developed interr.io

Are we crazy to have created yet another "website chat" project? We would like to find out :)
