Do you travel on a Tourist Visa?

Hi! I was wondering if:

  1. You live a digital nomad lifestyle on a tourist visa?
  2. If (1) is true, do you have a strong or weak passport?
  3. Do you end up traveling to places where you get visa on arrival, or do you plan months in advance?

Just not sure how to make this work on my weak Indian passport. RIP.

Don't worry boy. A tourist visa is an official document or stamp that authorizes an individual to enter a foreign country for the purpose of leisure and tourism. Depending on the country, they may also be referred to as “travel visas”, “visitor visas”, or “temporary stay visas”. You can check this for more info https://migrationunity.com/

🇬🇧🇮🇩 I am from the UK, but built my company in Bali. I started off with a tourist visa, but after employing a few local developers and designers, I switched to a business visa for more extended stays. A UK passport is strong, but I think anyone can get 30-60 visa on arrival (VOA) there. 🇮🇳👍

🌎 If you do start out on a VOA and want to extend your visa, you will have to leave - or go on a "visa run". The "where" to visit is based on locality and ease of getting a visa. I usually go from Bali to either Singapore or Malaysia - which don't require a visa application (at the time of writing). This year I went on a visa run to Australia, which was easy on a UK passport, but was of course more expensive than going to another country in SE Asia. The decision of where to go is usually made 1-2 weeks before the end of my visa expiry.

    👋 Hope that helps!

Yes, you can travel on a tourist visa. However, the length of stay and other entry requirements vary by country. Be sure to check https://theminimilitia.com/mini-militia-wwe-mod-apk/ with the embassy or consulate of the country you are visiting to make sure you meet all the requirements.
