Do you trust your LLM product?

Hi everyone!

I've been learning about the UX of LLMs and one huge factor that isn't being addressed is trust. Specifically, can a company trust their LLM product will work how they expect it to and not go off the rails? On the flip side, how can users trust that the AI they're using won't go wild?

To address this, I launched a crowd-testing service for LLM products.
