Or is it too complicated for people to understand?
Is the topic of self-hosting vs serverless a topic that you find interesting? Sometimes one is too deep into the topic, so I would love to have from fresh eyeballs on my site 😊
I launched on Product Hunt but only got 10 upvotes 🙃 What do you think?

Actually, I did not understand what you are creating. It seems to target developers, which might be the issue. If the decision-makers for purchasing your products are not developers, then you really need to simplify your landing page to make it understandable.
Good that I asked if people understand it :) I'm going to simplify it now.
It was pretty clear to me what it is about. Maybe it's because, I'm self-hosting as well and don't use the cloud (except for the db).
If I wouldn't have done it on my own, I maybe would go for the cloud or do it on my own again... somehow I wouldn't feel comfortable to run a stranger's script on my server.
I have to trust you (or check the script, which means I could probably do it by my self). Maybe you need something on your landing page to build trust. E.g., testimonials.
Another thing: the video doesn't look very professional. The blurriness doesn't hide that your are sitting in the kitchen.
You have a point. What I'm convinced of, is that a setup like this speeds up the developer. I wonder how else I could package that. I'm also working on a short series of videos as a "proof of speed".
To be honest, I think there is no problem with your landing page at all, it is a very classic layout. The title explains the functions, clear function introduction, use evaluation, purchase, and other functions are all in the right place. I think very few people upvote, maybe it's because the product is a bit niche, or it's on the wrong platform, you should try it somewhere else.
I think making the Fully Customizable - Replace Elements as Needed section boxes fit to the content in them will make it look better. The first 2 boxes are bigger than they need to be in my opinion.
The content is well explained but in the first instance it is not clear what you are selling. I think you should make it understandable for everybody, not only programmers.
I am a developer and I understood it but it took me some time - reading what is included in the price helped a lot. It is an interesting offer and maybe a bit on the expensive side but I haven't seen such "products" before so I can't compare.
I can´t completely understand what you landing page tries to tell me tbh, maybe you should change the copywriting to a bit "easier" way to understand
Mmm.. I get what you want to do, but not what you actually do. Is this compatible with any current serverless offer? Are you saying not serverless? Is this just for Dev/how does this covert later to cloud or to a multi az sync deployment?... Or is this just the F everything let me put it all on one minimal node to not pay cloud prices but pay you a one off for the privilege not to pay others too much, I don't need scale or backups or anything that costs more than one minimal node
Ok, so I need to make that more clear on my landing page, thanks.
It's the second one: Instead of paying cloud providers a lot for those services, start small, cheap and simple with a VPS. For launching an MVP that can be enough.
One of my projects first started fully serverless, but once I switched to my own server I suddenly got a lot faster.
