Do you use any project management tool for youtube?
Hey dear YouTubers,
How do you keep everything organized for your youtube channel? For example, keeping track of video ideas.
Also, do you have a defined process of the steps you take for every video (pre-upload, post upload), for example, after I upload, I work on the tags, add the video to 3 playlists, add midroll ads, etc.?

I use notion to make all my notes for my videos and keep track of all my content. I don't have an incredibly complex process. I just sit down in front of my computer every Wednesday and record stuff.
I should probably think more about tags and stuff. I'm pretty new to the whole YouTube thing and should probably take some time to learn what I really should be doing to grow my channel.

I just use a simple text file as a check list, create thumbnail, add tags, etc to make sure I don't forget any of the steps that worked for me in the past.
