@tibozaurus I used Notion to do a small project with my friend. I found it quite handy but I see it and use it more of a note-taking and wiki application.
I've been using Google sheets and Trello for CRM/task management for the past four years.
Yeah, I've been using it to collaborate with one other person and keep my thoughts in order. I works really well for small projects. If I wanted to really do agile project management I don't think it would be a good solution.
Yeah, it's great for consolidating things.
I wouldn't give too much thought to the structure. I think premature organization may make it harder, for you have to remember all the rules you just made.
I would recommend just diving in :)
What makes Notion great is that you can find ways to conform the data from your head onto a nice display.
If you're really not certain where to start, then I would recommend a Kanban board and then a page for each concept of your business.
Features, Marketing, Pricing, Growth, CRM through a table, etc.
It's really easy to move things around, so don't feel like whatever you do start with you have to keep it that way. My dashboard is exactly as above. I'm usually in the Kanban 90% of the time. Hope you find it as useful as I have.
