Do you use Zapier or IFTT to automate processes?

I am wondering if anyone of you guys is using one of these services or maybe some alternative?

And I would want to know what do you use them for?

Used extensively Zapier at a prev co., it's a great tool, our company of 10 ran on it. 50 dollars a month well spent!

Care to share a few examples? Very keen on automating some of the things we do over at my current company.

        Sales/Prospecting:

        • Leads to Callbacks
        • Leads to CRM
        • Leads to emails
          and..
        • Project Management alerts
        • Project Management reports
          Marketing:
        • Automate everything from within "forms", auto email, auto followup, auto audience
          Hiring:
        • Level1 Screening
        • Auto Follow ups

        and some more

Built our MVP using nothing but Zapier, Wordpress and Google Sheets. Still using it to automate a variety of tasks. If you get creative it can do some cool stuff.

Wait, wut? You build out Focusmate on Wordpress and Google Sheets?! Looked like a substantially more involved build.

      P.S. Love the font!

the first MVP, yes. not what you currently see.

I use ITTT. Like it lots of help and developers.

How expensive is Zapier? Do you have to worry about getting an influx of triggers? As far as I understood, you have to pay for how many Zaps are triggered but their pricing page doesn't make this obvious unless I'm mistaken.

I used Zapier so that Typeform responses would copy into Airtable.

Our customers at Cheddar also use a variety of Zaps so when people signup for their software, their customers' contacts are also added to Mailchimp or a message is sent to their team's Slack, etc.
