Dodici aggiornamenti (twelve updates )

(we actually started last month, but today we share here our project for the first time)

Sharing ideas with a friend is important.
Day by day, I and @mirkop shared ideas, toughts, fears. It's something useful, but also chaotic. How your project doing? What about your crazy idea?
Chats is something you don't use to make a point, only discuss and forget after a day.
We needed more, so we started Dodici aggiornamenti (twelve updates), here: https://dodiciaggiornamenti.blogspot.com/

It's a blog, nothing fancy, incredible. What's behind that is incredible for us.
We decided to commit for one year, write down one post every month.. and do it together, no matter what.
This is not something about a company, but two average men working into focus ideas, bad and goods about being indie hackers and working at same time.

We decided to focus on following things:

  • explain our project to ourself: this is critical. Why I'm doing that? When my journey will be completed?
  • write down goals: we know a lot of platform where you can commit to strangers in achieving goals, but we believe something more personal suites more our way to approach being indie hackers. We will use it in the following months to help ourself
  • create a tool for ourself: together, even on different projects, we are more than two people. We talk, focus, help each other
  • use our language: italian. I know many people will be disappointed, but I think use our first language is really, really important. We don't want right now to translate in english, but "italian is not that hard" ( davvero ? )

I hope someone can find this useful, glad to read any ideas on this topic!

    Hi @Vokail,
thank you to have proposed me this interesting experiment.
    It's a good focus exercise.
It's fundamental to share plans and ideas on regular basis with an other person
