I have gone through this article and as the title says it costs about $7,500 per year to run a US corporation.
I want to know from Indian founders who have registered their startups in the US as to how their costs are working out to be.
That's entirely not true. I have registered several companies within the US and the costs are closer to a few hundred bucks a year.
Generally, LLCs are cheaper than C corp or S corps, but even with attorney fees the most expensive still shouldn't be more than $500-1000 a year.
Hi @SandeepDev, I am not Indian, but here the breakdown cost of maintaining a US C-corp for DjaoDjin: http://djaodjin.com/blog/breaking-the-curse-of-negative-cashflow-in-saas.blog.html#expenses
@smirolo Thanks a lot
You're supposed to register your startup?!?
Just kidding, but the point is don't worry about that stuff until you launch and have paying customers.
