Does anyone have experience with Paddle to process international transactions?

I read on some forums that Paddle eases the tax filing, sales and VAT calculation process.

Their website seems so hard to navigate though, I am looking for info on what documents are required from a sole proprietor to start accepting international payments (from US customers for a company incorporated not in the US).

Has anyone done this? Looking for any possible help here. Thanks :)

I know I can directly shoot them an email but I am more interested in hearing first-hand experiences
