Does anyone have issues with users finding content on their site?

I want to understand if this is a universal issue or not. I build tools internally at the company I work for and sometimes finding features can be difficult for users.

Of course when your application is smaller it's a simple UI problem. However, as the application continues to grow in features it can be difficult to intuitively navigate through everything.

Is this something you have experienced as well?
