Does anyone know how to stream a YouTube video to a conference call?

As the title says,

We do a tonne of demos and want to try streaming a pre-recorded demo, where we can play/pause a youtube video and answer questions on the call.

The reason being, as the developer I'm the only person who can reliably run a mobile simulator with an up-to-date app. We think a pre-recorded video would mean others on the team could pick up that work (and free me to do more dev.)

We use Google Meet, but don't mind switching to another product.
