Does anyone pay for Slack apps and integrations?

I'm really curious about Slack apps/integrations for small-medium teams.

We use a few in my workplace (namely https://www.donut.com/ and https://officevibe.com/).

My main curiosity is if small-medium teams (say 5-20 people) pay for these kinds of apps, and if so, what kinds of businesses are you in (and of course - what are the apps you're paying for).
